Mice getting into your business can be a serious problem, or even a disaster, depending on what kind of business it is.  Food service, restaurant, and related industries can lose their health certifications and get shut down if there’s a mice infestation.  It can also mean customers get sick, bad publicity, and other negative effects.  And, in any business, mice are generally a nuisance and not something that any customers want to see or deal with (or, for that matter, that your employees want to see or deal with).
